What is a Beachbody Challenge?!?

What is a Challenge Group? A Challenge Group is a small, exclusive group committed to getting healthy by participating in the same or similar Beachbody workout programs for a defined period of time.  I would be your Coach, and you would be placed in a group, set up as a private Facebook page for the group members only. Everyone in the group helps and motivates each other to achieve their health and fitness goals by sharing tips, accountability, and results.  It is a team committed to hitting their nutrition and fitness goals, along with success in The Beachbody Challenge contest and their lifestyle change!

How does it work? The LizBFit Challenge Group begins ONCE PER MONTH, on the first MONDAY of each month, and is a total of 30 days long!

It’s not just a body transformation though… it is going to set you up for long-term success in ALL areas of your life. I will warn you…it is going to stretch you to become more of who you are meant to be. You will need to be willing to open up and come to grasps with what has been holding you back in the past in order to let go and grow beyond it in the future!

If you DO have an assigned coach, you have TWO options!

1-Reach out to your current coach and see if they run their own challenges (MANY do!)


2 – If you are not working with your assigned coach and would like to switch, you do have the option to do so, but will need to message me beforehand so that I can best direct you!

My assistance as your lifestyle journey Coach is FREE! All I require is the following:

1. You must choose a Beachbody at-home fitness program. If you do not already own one, I can work with you to pick the perfect one for your health, fitness level, goals and needs. The program needs to work best for you and for you to be comfortable. There are many to choose from, P90X, Insanity, PiYo, and more. You can browse HERE if you would like to see what workouts there are before contacting me, to get an idea of what your options are.

2. You must be willing to replace one meal a day with Shakeology for the 30 days and follow my nutrition guide. This is going to ensure you get the results you desire within the 30 day period of the challenge. NUTRITION makes up 70% of your results… therefore there will be a major emphasis on teaching you how to eat to FUEL your body during the challenge! Drinking one shake a day is an integral part of the nutrition for this Challenge.

3. You must be open-minded and willing to share & participate in the group. You will be added to a Challenge Group with other participates so you can all share your daily activity and obstacles. We have daily assignments/check-ins that are designed to help you overcome obstacles and grow as a person. I know it can be hard to share with others in the group…but believe me…they will have the same issues and concerns you have/do…PROMISE! This is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.

I have seen SO MANY people bounce from diet to diet with little to no results… THIS IS NOT A DIET, THIS is a LIFESTYLE. If you are ready to rip of the bandaid and do what it takes to live your best life… THIS is the challenge for YOU!
