Kick Start Procrastination

Have you ever started a workout, a diet, a change in lifestyle…just to start awesome and life gets in the way?! You are NOT the only one! I have started and stopped so many times…I can’t count.

Procrastination is the avoidance of doing a task which needs to be accomplished. It is the practice of doing more pleasurable things in place of less pleasurable ones, or carrying out less urgent tasks instead of more urgent ones, thus putting off impending tasks to a later time.

I need to do my workouts. Do I? No. I need to drink my Shakeology every day…do I? No. I make them and a lot of times I don’t finish them. It’s time to KICK START PROCRASTINATION!
